Step 1 Concept Design

This phase focuses on understanding your personal style and practical requirements to find the right aesthetic for you. Through a series of discussions we will help you determine your design ambitions and how to make those work as a cohesive scheme throughout the property. This goes beyond just the look and into the spatial planning including additional project needs stretching into the hidden elements such as electrics, plumbing, lighting design and build.

Step 2 Interior Architecture

This is described as all fixed elements that are fitted to the property. Where required we begin this stage earlier to ensure all schedules and orders are ready for a build programme to begin, whilst keeping the design consistent with the later soft furnishings design by constantly relating back to the agreed concepts. This is a highly technical stage where joinery drawings, elevations and electrical/lighting plans are presented alongside the schemes for finishes and fixtures.

Step 3 Interior Design

The full scheme comes to together in this phase, where furniture schemes, whether bespoke or off the shelf, are paired with fabrics, accessories, window treatments and much more to create the wow factor. Every element of the design is completed to give a holistic view of a design specification that is cohesive throughout the property, in the vision of the concept design and aligned with your practical requirements.

Step 4 Procurement

Though working with a designer is a great way to ensure your vision is achieved, the bulk of the benefit is in the procurement. During the procurement we manage all of the quoting, negotiations, orders and payments on your behalf, as well as scheduling the deliveries and managing the installation through to any post installation follow ups.
